The centrifuge separates the remaining egg white from the shells.
OVOBEL chose to supply the Coenraadts centrifuge which was the very first machine of this type on the market, specially designed for the egg processing industry and it is still the most used for this purpose. There are some imitations on the market, though none of them achieves all the advantages of the Coenraadts centrifuge.
The Coenraadts centrifuge works continuously, with fully automatic and separate outlet of shells and liquid. The position of the outlets for both products can be easily modified.
