  • Customer and contract data: up to 10 years (legal obligation for accounting)
  • Website analytics data: 13–26 months depending on the tool
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months

Where specific legal retention duties apply, we follow those requirements.

After the retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
