Centrifuge
The centrifuge separates the remaining egg white from the shells.
OVOBEL supply the centrifuge which was the very first machine of this type on the market, specially designed for the egg processing industry and it is still the most used for this purpose. There are some imitations on the market, though none of them achieves all the advantages of this centrifuge.
There are two models:
- C-430V
- C-430-RB
1.Model C-430V
The centrifuge works continuously, with fully automatic and separate outlet of shells and liquid. The position of the outlets for both products can be easily modified.
The Model C-430V is ideal to use in combination with the egg breaking machines in order to recuperate the egg white remaining in the shells. Furthermore it reduces the volume of the shells simultaneously.
2. MODEL C-430V-RB
The model C-430V-RB model is identical to the C-430V with the addition of a larger feeding table and a feeding screw with adjustable speed. This allows feeding without limit and without overloading the machine. This model is especially used for processing whole egg for technical products.
