Egg Shell Transport
After breaking the empty eggshells can be transported to the centrifuge. This can be done with 3 different methods
- Stainless steel chain conveyor .
- Stainless Stell Auger
- Pneumatic Transport system
- Stainless steel chain conveyor :

- CBG-300 : 300mm wide
- CBG-600 : 600mm wide (for larger capacities)
All models can be furnished with a frequency controller (optional).
The length of the shell conveyor depends on the position of the centrifuge compared to the egg breaking machines.
- Stainless Stell Auger :
The stainless stell auger can be custom made depends on the size of the breaker.
Its easy to clean and maintenance free.
- Pneumatic Transport system:
After centrifuging the eggshells, they can be transported to a shell container inside or outside the building. The transport pipe is made of stainless steel. The diameter depends on the transport distance and breaking capacity.
OVOBEL has installed many egg transport systems all over the world for capacities from 20.000 up to 30.000 eggshells per hour with transport lengths from 10 up to 120 metres.
