Plate Pasteurizer

This system of pasteurization is recommended for  standard egg products, to reduce the bacterial content and to eliminate the eventual presence of Salmonella.

The regeneration, heating and cooling is done in a plate heat exchanger.  The holding time is achieved in a insulated dimpled tube section.

The pasteurizer controls and register automatically the temperatures and pressure of the product and hot water to heat the egg products.
